Messed up licensing of our car. General manager would not return our call. Made sales manager deal with issue...he only wanted to talk and would not listen to our side of things. We were persuaded to use the GM financing even though we told him we had the cash to pay at that time. When the issue with title came up and we we said we were going to pay the loan off, all the guns came out saying Don't pay the loan off!!!!!!! We sent the check yesterday. Very stressful!

Had 2nd oil change, everything went well, we had Jim Firth in the past for our service, he was wonderful, friendly, informative, and made you feel like he was definitely there for you regarding any problems or questions.. I have had Matt, and Phillip since I purchased my Encore Avenir last year, they were OK, but felt more communication, friendly and helpful with Jim Firth. They were cordial, not overly friendly, just doing there job, but certainly did't feel like they care one way or another handling my service.

Detailing job was awful. Brought back for the 2nd detail because it wasn’t done right the 1st time. The 2nd time wasn’t any better. There is still food and sticky things on the seats. There is also mud jammed in the rear floor air vents. I have to pay a professional to clean it now.

While buying my first car, Dave kept everything simple and clear. No gimics no sales pitch. He worked with us to get a preferred price. Only thing I’d say is MSRP displayed online doesn’t include a 4k add on that Buick does with all cars- things already added into the car ie window tint, door handle features etc..
